Free Shipping
HYDROVA offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States. Subscribe & Save renewals always ship free.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (additional cost)
- Canada & international: 7–14 business days (duties may apply)
Order Tracking
Track your order anytime through the link in your shipping confirmation or by logging into your HYDROVA account.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact support@hydrova.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it — including reshipping at no cost when warranted.

Need to update your shipping address? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
