These Billing Terms apply to all purchases made on hydrova.com, including one-time orders and Subscribe & Save subscriptions.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely with end-to-end encryption.
Currency & Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Subscribe & Save Recurring Billing
- Initial charge: $139.99 (1× kit) at the time of order — includes your first filter
- Recurring charge: $44.99 every 90 days for replacement filters
- Bundle subscription pricing applies for 2× and 3× kits
- Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date
Managing Your Subscription
You may pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime from your HYDROVA account portal — no fees, no penalties. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal to avoid that cycle being processed.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we'll automatically retry within 3 days and notify you by email. After two failed attempts, the subscription will be paused until updated payment information is provided.
