We stand behind every HYDROVA showerhead with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@hydrova.com within 60 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team responds within 24 hours with return instructions
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Return Eligibility
- Showerhead must be returned in reasonable condition
- Used filters do not need to be returned
- Original packaging is appreciated but not required
Damaged or Defective Products
If your HYDROVA arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll ship a free replacement immediately — no return required.
Subscription Refunds
You may cancel your Subscribe & Save plan at any time. Filters that have already shipped are non-refundable, but unshipped renewals can be cancelled in full.
